Abortion is illegal in Bhutan except in the case of rape, incest, mental health risks or to save a woman's life. As a result, many women cross the border to seek help in diverse Indian cities such as Jaigaon and Siliguri, where abortions are conducted in unsafe conditions. 

Mifepristone and Misoprostol are probably not available.
