Can (homeopathic) medication that decreases menstrual pain be used with Misoprostol?

Because some of these medications might counter the contractions of the womb / uterus, which reduces the effectiveness of Misoprostol, we advise women to use general painkillers.

NSAID's lije Ibuprofen, Diclofenac and naproxen are the most effective painkiller against cramps. If you cannot obtain Ibuprofen, Paracetamol or Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Aspirin (salicylic acid) also help.
Please read the patient instructions of painkillers you obtained to know the maximum doses you can use.
