Polish parliament voted against proposed amendments in Polish Constitution.

 

Protection of dignity from the moment of conception will not be incorporated into Polish Constitution.

On Friday, 13th of April, members of Parliament voted against five proposed amendments to the Constitution in order to totally criminalize abortion. The amendment of article 30 of Polish Constitution will stay unchanged. It means, that right to abortion for polish women will not get more restrictive, but will also not improve for better.
