Women on Waves has 2 different permissions from the Dutch Ministry of Health.

1: The permission to do medical "16 day over time treatment" in the Mobile Clinic anywhere in the Netherlands and on the international waters.

2: The permission to do Medical and surgical abortions till 12 weeks of pregnancy in the Mobile Clinic when it is in Amsterdam. This permission is limited to Amsterdam for political reasons; Not medical. However we will comply with the law and do only 16-day over time treatments on the international waters.
